<p>On 26 March 2013, Official Report, columns 94-95WS, the Lord Chancellor and Secretary of State for Justice, my right hon. Friend the Member for Epsom and Ewell (Chris Grayling), made a written ministerial statement setting out that he had asked the Department to look at the way we deliver our court and tribunals services to ensure access to justice is quick and effective while providing value for money for the taxpayer. We will, of course, update Parliament in due course when proposals have been developed.</p> |
