	answer text	<p>The Department’s approach to sharing information with the CCC is underpinned by the Arm’s Length Body Sponsorship Code of Good Practice on GOV.UK.</p><p> </p><p>The Climate Change Committee's Framework Document sets out more information about the working practices between the CCC and the Department. This includes a Memorandum of Understanding on economic modelling and sharing of analysis and research; and a regular working group. The Department is drafting an updated version of this document.</p>
