Friend the Member for Epsom and Ewell (Chris Grayling) on a range of matters affecting Wales.</p><p>A consultation on the proposed closure of the Neath magistrates court opened on 26 September 2013 and closed on 7 November 2013. The responses to this consultation will now be fully considered before any decision is taken.</p>
