	answer text	<p>The Department will offer to call a claimant back, if asked, or if concerns are raised over the cost of the call. The Department also provides access to telephones for claimant use, on request and at the Department's expense, in a large number of Jobcentre Plus offices where claimants needing assistance can progress a benefit inquiry or pursue job applications.</p><p>The Department has committed to introduce 0345 numbers alongside existing 0845 numbers to allow callers to make an informed choice. DWP expect to make an announcement on when this change will be introduced in the coming weeks when the planning process is completed.</p>
