Save Ysgol Uwchradd Caergybi’s Sixth Form
background
Anglesey Council are currently looking at changing how sixth form education is provided on the island. Their options threaten Ysgol Uwchradd Caergybi’s sixth form - leaving Holyhead with NO sixth form education, but instead forcing students to travel to either another school or even a new college.
additional details
Please look at the information for yourself: http://www.anglesey.gov.uk/council-and-democracy/consultations/public-engagement-review-of-the-post-16-provision/135511.article Without a sixth form in Holyhead, parents would be looking at paying upwards of £100 travel costs. Holyhead is a town with a population of over 13,000.
