<p>To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, what assessment she has made of the potential implications of the provisions in the Illegal Migration Bill pertaining to the application of (a) the European Convention on Human Rights and (b) the Human Rights Act 1998 on the scope for continued co-operation between the UK and the European Union on law enforcement and judicial matters within the framework of part three of the Trade and Cooperation Agreement.</p>
