	answer text	<p>The Office for Nuclear Regulation (ONR) was made aware of the incident involving a loss of electrical power at the Devonport site on 29 July 2012. ONR were satisfied that Devonport Royal Dockyard's (DRDL) investigation and subsequent corrective actions were appropriate. No Improvement Notice was issued. Follow up inspections were carried out in August 2012, April 2013 and August 2013. ONR remains satisfied with the actions taken by DRDL in respect of this matter.</p><p>An Improvement Notice was issued on 16 July 2013 to DRDL following inspections by ONR into a number of incidents at the site in which operations were not carried out in accordance with their own operating rules and instructions. This was not related to the incident in July 2012.</p>
