<p>There were 60 people who were due to be returned on the charter flight to Nigeria and Ghana on 28 March 2017.</p><p>Of the 60 and at the time of writing, 4 have been referred under the National Referral Mechanism for the identification of victims of trafficking. Of these 4, 2 were found not to be victims of trafficking (of which 1 has been removed) and 2 are still under consideration.</p><p>1 has been granted status as the family member of an EEA national.</p><p>Any individual who believes they are protected under the provisions of the 1971 Immigration Act is able to contact the Windrush Taskforce, who will help to identify their current status. None of the individuals have contacted the Taskforce.</p>
