<p>The Health and Disability Green Paper consultation sought views on the Employment and Health Discussion (EHD). We heard from more than 4,500 people, including disabled people and people with health conditions, local support organisations, national charities, employers and think tanks.</p><p> </p><p>The White Paper sets out the key themes from the consultation on the EHD and how these have shaped the design of the test.</p><p> </p><p>We are currently running a small-scale test of the EHD at Leeds Health Model Office. The test will give us an understanding of how best to deliver the policy and what aspects of the support are most useful to people. Claimant feedback and experience of the EHD will be an important element of the evaluation and will continue to be used to improve the policy and its delivery. The EHD test will initially run to March 2024.</p>
