	answer text	<p>To support women in the workplace, we will: extend redundancy protections for women after they return from maternity leave; introduce neonatal leave and pay; and introduce one week of unpaid carer’s leave. We have also recently consulted on measures to increase the availability of flexible working – and look forward to publishing our response to that in due course.</p>
