<p>The previous Government entered into a 30 year PFI agreement in May 2002, which provided capital investment into the Sunningdale Park site. The Civil Service College, later the National School of Government, used the site and paid an annual sum for the space used on the site. The charge for Northcote House was not assessed separately.</p><p>Data is not held centrally on which individuals used Northcote House.</p><p>The Cabinet Office is currently undertaking a review of the Sunningdale Park site, including Northcote House, as there is an opportunity to dispose of the site in 2017. The Cabinet Office is holding a Public Consultation Event with the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead and the local community on 19 and 20 July to discuss the site and options for the future use. Cabinet Office will announce any decisions in the usual way.</p> |
