<p>To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, if he will take steps not to implement the change to EU European Motor Insurance Directive on motor insurance in relation to (a) public roads and (b) private property for (i) ride-on lawnmowers, (ii) golf carts and (iii) tractors as a result of the judgment of the European Court of Justice on Damijan Vnuk v Zavarovalnica Triglav; and if he will make a statement.</p>
