	answer text	<p>The Secretary of State for Energy and Climate Change, the right hon. Member for Kingston and Surbiton (Mr Davey), Ministers and officials have regular contact with counterparts from other Government Departments including Her Majesty's Treasury on a range of issues, including fuel poverty. In particular the Secretary of State discussed and agreed with Cabinet colleagues the changes we have subsequently proposed to the Warm Homes and Energy Conservation Act that will put in place a new target for fuel poverty.</p>
