<p>To ask the Secretary of State for Energy Security and Net Zero, with reference to page 14 of Progress in reducing emissions 2023 Report to Parliament by the Climate Change Committee, published in June 2023, what assessment he has made of the implications for his policies of the finding that the Government has no policy to deliver on decarbonizing the steel industry.</p>
