<p>The Secretary of State for the Home Department, my right hon. Friend the Member for Maidenhead (Mrs May), has not discussed with ministerial colleagues transferring resources from those organisations to enable the Independent Police Complaints Commission (IPCC) to deal with all serious and sensitive cases involving the police.</p><p>The Government has not yet made an announcement on the funding of the transfer of resources from police forces to the IPCC. Announcements will be made in line with the police annual settlement process. The Provisional Police Grant Report will be laid in Parliament in December.</p> |
