	answer text	<p>DFID does not provide aid to Argentina—the FCO provides a small amount of overseas development assistance to support British Council and Chevening Scholarship programme activity. The FCO spent £1.95 million in this way in 2012. There are no plans to increase ODA funding allocated to Argentina during the lifetime of the current Parliament.</p>
