	answer text	<p>The Active People Survey measures the number of people aged 16 and above taking part in sport across England. For the Barrow-in-Furness local authority, the Active People Survey shows that:</p><p>35.7% of people aged 16 and above playing sport regularly. This is an increase of 4.4% since 2010;</p><p>65.5% of people aged 16 to 34 playing sport regularly. This is an increase of 12.7% since 2010;</p><p>35.4% of people aged 35 to 54 playing sport regularly. This is an increase of 1.2% since 2010; and</p><p>16% of the population aged 55+ playing sport regularly. This is a decrease of 2.6% since 2010.</p>
