<p>Charges of £174,000 (net of VAT) were paid to Ticketmaster for tickets sold via Ticketmaster and through the Ticket Office between 1 April and 30 September 2013. Total ticket revenue to the two Houses for the same period was £1,318,000 (net of VAT and charges). Splits of charges between ticket types and collection methods, and figures for previous years, are not readily available. Approximately 66% of all ticket sales are made via Ticketmaster.</p><p>Visitor Services are a shared service with the House of Lords and as such revenue and costs are shared.</p>
