	answer text	<p>The UK Government welcomed the ceasefire agreement between Armenia and Azerbaijan. I have been in regular contact with the Armenian and Azerbaijani Foreign Ministers since the outbreak of hostilities in September. During recent visits to Armenia and Azerbaijan, I encouraged both sides to abide by the 10 November trilateral peace deal and settle all outstanding matters through talks under the auspices of the OSCE Minsk Group, as the most effective way to secure peace and stability in the region.</p>
