	answer text	<p>During his recent visit to China, the Secretary of State for Energy and Climate Change, the right hon. Member for Kingston and Surbiton (Mr Davey), negotiated a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with the Government of China on co-operation in the field of civil nuclear energy. This MOU was signed during the visit to China of the Chancellor of the Exchequer, my right hon. Friend the Member for Tatton (Mr Osborne).
