<p>To ask the Secretary of State for Business, Innovation and Skills what assessment he has made of the statutory powers available to an insolvency practitioner, as an officer of the court, to compel the disclosure of relevant documents by all parties involved in an administration process; and whether the investigatory powers available to insolvency practitioners to locate relevant documents where possession of said documents are denied by individual parties.</p>
