Mr. Dalyell: To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer what drawings have been made from the Contingencies Fund in relation to eventsin Kosovo in the past 12 months. [106896]Mr. Andrew Smith: No advances from the Contingency Fund have been made to Departments involved in the peacekeeping, humanitarian andrefugee programmes for Kosovo in the last 12 months. There was though in June an allocation from the Reserve for £10 millionadditional humanitarian assistance, and the Spring Supplementary Estimates which will be the subject of separate written answersproviding a further £536 million for Kosovo related spending from the Reserve. |
