	answer text	<p>Over the last five years, there have been 12 recorded leaks related to the glass atrium roof: three in 2021, four in 2022, and five in 2023. There have been three breakages: two in 2019 and one in July 2023.</p><p>We are currently reviewing this data as part of the Portcullis House roof project. A report on the glass atrium roof has been commissioned and is due in August 2023.</p>
