<p>The Government concluded its consultation on the exemption eligibility for contract for difference costs on 30 August 2013. The Department for Business, Innovation and Skills is analysing the responses received.</p><p>The Government is also currently consulting on the detailed design of the supplier obligation, the mechanism by which suppliers will be charged the cost of contracts for difference.
