However (PQ 2640, 2641, 2642), this data does not identify the context or specific location of offences, i.e. whether that offence has been carried out on a shop worker or on retail premises.</p><p>The Home Office collates and publishes information on fixed penalty notices.</p><p>The Ministry of Justice has published information on out of court disposals including Penalty Notices for Disorder (PND) and cautions up to December 2018.
