	answer text	<p>While my Department is not organising any specific events to mark the centenary of the suffrage movement in Northern Ireland, the UK’s official arts programme marking the centenary of the First World War, 14-18 NOW, is commissioning activity in Northern Ireland to commemorate the suffrage centenary.</p><p> </p><p>I understand the Department for Communities are taking the lead on behalf of the Devolved Administration to co-ordinate a programme to mark the centenary of the suffrage movement in Northern Ireland.</p><p> </p><p>The honourable Lady may wish to contact both 14-18 NOW, and the Department for Communities, to find out more about their plans.</p><p> </p>
