The Government is currently considering ways in which greater information can be released from the family courts, bearing in mind the sensitive issues I set out in my response to question 105146 of 25 April 2012, Official Report, column 919W.As I made clear in my earlier reply to question 105163 of 25 April 2012, Official Report, column 920W, individuals who are not legally qualified may make a complaint to health regulators about the activities of a doctor or other registered health professional about whom they have concerns and request that their fitness to practise be investigated. |
