<p>To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, If she will make an assessment of the impact of the Immigration (Offshore Worker Notification and Exemption from Control (Amendment)) Regulations 2023 on employment for UK resident (a) offshore workers and (b) seafarers working on (i) fixed and (ii) floating offshore wind turbines in (A) territorial sea and (B) the UK Exclusive Economic Zone to 2030.</p>
