To ask the Secretary of State for Justice what the average waiting time was between the submission of an appeal against a decision on the award of (a) employment and support allowance and (b) disability living allowance and the date of the appeal hearing in each administrative office in the Greater London area in (i) 2008-09, (ii) 2009-10, (iii) 2010-11 and (iv) April to December 2011.
