	answer text	<p>To support the aims of its 10-year drug strategy, the Government is providing £532 million of additional funding to local authorities to increase provision and to improve the quality of substance misuse services.</p><p>Local authorities are responsible for commissioning drug treatment services to meet the needs of their population, this includes any treatment that may be required for nitrous oxide.</p>
