	answer text	<p>Our records show that there were no complaints of sex discrimination lodged against employees of my Department. There were two complaints of sexual harassment made (one in 2010 and one in 2011). Action was taken in accordance with the Department's disciplinary procedures.</p><p>The Department does not hold records of complaints against its Executive agencies.</p>
