Whether he will give the number of murders committed in Northern Ireland involving the use of firearms since the declaration of a ceasefire by paramilitary organisations in the Province. (Failed OPQ) - Since the Provisional IRA ceasefire on 1 Sept 1994 there have been 17 murders committed in Northern Ireland which involved the use of firearms. Of these, 10 have been categorised by the RUC as having a terrorist involvement. |
