	answer text	<p>My Department holds the following information on the rate of remuneration for (a) cleaners, (b) security guards and (c) catering staff.</p><p> </p><p>(i) Greater London - No information is held. These services are charged as part of our Landlords service charge.</p><p> </p><p>(ii) Outside Greater London - No individual remuneration rate is held. Contacts are held collaboratively, by the Northern Ireland Centre of Procurement Excellence. Within these contracts there are general clauses requiring contractors to comply with labour laws, minimum wage etc.</p><p> </p>
