The Commission on Devolution in Wales fulfilled its Part 1 remit in November 2012.</p><p>The Commission is an independent body with its own delegated budget, and is responsible for its own expenditure within that budget. The Wales Office meets the Commission secretariat on a monthly basis to monitor its spend against budget.</p>
