In 2009 PICT worked with T-Mobile to install equipment to provide a mobile signal inside the building. This was designed to allow use by other mobile operators and T-Mobile and Orange users adopted this solution. In 2011 Vodaphone's service was added.

PICT is drafting a contract with O2 for use of the same equipment and an O2 signal should also be available in spring 2014.
