Copies of the annual report and accounts for the Fisheries Conservancy Board for Northern Ireland for the year ended 31 December 2003 have been placed in the Libraries of both Houses. This document provides details of the board's fisheries conservation and protection activities, its performance, and its income and expenditure for that year.
