§ The Minister of State, Foreign and Commonwealth Office (Baroness Symons of Vernham Dean)Charles Duelfer, the special adviser to the director of central intelligence for strategy regarding Iraqi weapons of mass destruction programs, presented a further report to US congressional oversight committees on 30 March 2004. As with the previous report presented on 2 October 2003, this is a status report on work in progress. A copy of the unclassified text will be placed in the Library of the House.
