§ The Secretary of State for Work and Pensions (Mr. Andrew Smith)The Disability Rights Commission's annual report and accounts 2003–04 have been published today and laid before Parliament. The DRC's annual report of its activities in 2003–04 details considerable success in its work to eliminate discrimination against disabled people; promote equal opportunities; encourage good practice and keep the working of the Disability Discrimination Act and the DRC Act under review.
