This explains how we intend to reform and modernise the justice system and constitution so that they are transparent, accountable and responsive to the needs of the public. An overview of the strategy and the detailed strategy itself are both available on the DCA website (www.dca.gov.uk), and I shall also be placing copies in the Libraries of both Houses.
