§ Keith HillIn England there are currently in the region of 250 tenant management organisations managing around 80,000 council dwellings. To the knowledge of the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister three have been wound up or have ceased to operate in the last three years. As a Welsh Member my hon. Friend will be aware that in Wales the responsibility for tenant participation and tenant management policy rests with the Welsh Assembly.
