§ Mr. MilibandThe increase in Education Formula Spending in Hampshire between 2002–03 and 2003–04 was £60.3 million, or 11.6 per cent. This increase includes transfer of Nursery Education and class size grants and funding in respect of the increase in teachers' pension contributions into EFS for 2003–04.
