I have today laid before the House a report that the Government Actuary has made on the operation of the legislation governing national insurance contributions and contributory social security benefits between 6 April 1995 and 5 April 2000 in accordance with Section 166 of the Social Security Administration Act 1992.

Copies of the report are available in the Libraries of the House.
