§ The Prime Minister (Mr. Tony Blair)In accordance with Section 59(1) of the Regulation of Investigatory Powers Act 2000, after consultation with the Foreign, Home and Defence Secretaries, I have decided to reappoint Lord Justice Simon Brown as the Intelligence Services Commissioner from 1 April 2003 to 31 March 2006.
I am delighted that Lord Justice Simon Brown has agreed to continue to serve as the Intelligence Services Commissioner.
