How many prosecutions have been made of those who are alleged to have forged signatures or committed other acts of fraud on Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency form D5. [HL1283]

The Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency does not take forward prosecutions of those who are alleged to have forged signatures or committed other acts of fraud on the vehicle registration certificate. This is a matter for the police. The agency has no information on the number of prosecutions taken forward in this area.
