§ Lord BachWe are aware that Russia launched an SS-18 Satan (Russian designation RS-20) ICBM from a silo at Dombarovskiy, southern Russia on 22 December. The missile, which had a dummy payload, flew 6,000 km and impacted on a test range on the Kamchatka Peninsula.
