§ Lord Davies of OldhamUnless specifically exempted, parking regulations would apply to traffic wardens and parking attendants while at work. And they would be subject to the appropriate penalty for the relevant offence. It is the responsibility of the supervisory authority to ensure compliance with the regulations.
