§ Mr. HuttonThe Department allocates central revenue funding to primary care trusts. National Health Service trusts, as providers of services, receive the bulk of their revenue funding from commissioning by primary care trusts.
However, some central capital funding is allocated to NHS trusts. The table shows operational capital allocations for 2004–05 for each London NHS trust.
