Whether they will propose that the European Commission should consult with the Council of Europe concerning measures to combat terrorism. [H L4094]

We encourage international organisations to co-operate in measures to combat terrorism to ensure that they do not duplicate effort. As a member of both the European Union and Council of Europe, we endeavour to ensure that their efforts are complementary.
