§ Mr. MacShaneA Joint Committee is responsible for the management and proper application of the bilateral agreement between the EU and Switzerland on the Free Movement of Persons, which sets out reciprocal arrangements for migration and employment. To date, the UK has not needed to pursue the issue of Switzerland's compliance.
