To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department how many antisocial behaviour orders have been served in Northampton in each year since their introduction. [186467]

Ms Blears

By 31 March 2004, as notified to the Home Office, one antisocial behaviour order has been issued within the Northampton borough council local government area. This was issued in June 2003.
